Welcome to the Town of Smithtown’s Online Recreation Portal.  This portal allows Smithtown residents to purchase a Ramp, Canoe/Kayak Permit renew their Mooring Permit and pay using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Debit or Electronic Check. 
When ordering a ramp permit or renewing your mooring, please be sure that you have uploaded the necessary documents.  Once the order is complete, we will process it and mail the permit to you.

There is a $2.00 convenience fee added to allow for this online service for Ramp, Canoe/Kayak Permits. The fee for the mooring renewal, if using a credit card, is 2.45% or $4.53. If using an electronic check the fee is $2.00.
